The S305QAL Dust Monitoring Device meets the highest European standards as specified in EN14181. The S305QAL is certified for waste incineration applications as well as other fuel combustion applications. Electrostatic Induction Technology in Dust Monitoring Devices

The electrostatic induction technology in the S305QAL dust monitoring device is based on AC voltage signals and minimizes the influence of noise, temperature drift, and changes in velocity, with a minimum detectable level as low as 0.01 mg/m3. Utilizing the certified principle of electrostatic induction provides high reliability, meeting the operator’s requirements for a dust measuring device.

Unique Auto-Setup Function of Sintrol

The Auto-Setup function is a feature of Sintrol with a simple, user-friendly display setup. During the Auto-Setup procedure, which is performed under normal process conditions, the dust monitor will automatically adapt to the process conditions and set the measurement and alarm ranges accordingly. Under normal conditions, the device will show a green light, and the mA output is set to 5% of the range.

The S305QAL dust monitor is equipped with a display for on-site setup and adjustment. Operators can view actual measurement values on the 4-digit display in mA, %, or mg/m3. With a 4-button interface, operators can navigate and change the most important operational parameters. Next to the display is a button to start the Auto-Setup procedure.

The S305QAL is suitable for use in various industries and is approved for plants operating under the following regulations:

– EC Directive 2000/76 on waste incineration
– LCPD – Directive 2001/80/EC for large combustion plants
– EC Directive 2010/75 on industrial emissions
– EC Directive 2015/2193 (Medium Combustion Plants)
– Germany: 27th BImSchV, 30th BImSchV, or 44th BImSchV

The S305QAL complies with EN 15267-1,2,3, EN 14181, and EN 13284-2.
