Volatile Organic Compounds detector-transmitter E2608-VOC is a member of new PluraSens^® family of multifunctional measurement instruments which is intended for detection of various solvent vapors, e.g. toluene, xylene, ethanol.

Applications include storages, painting chambers and other confined spaces, where toxic or potentially explosive concentration of volatile organic compounds can accumulate.

The instrument utilises novel fully calibrated and temperature compensated metal-oxide gas sensor with excellent repeatability, stability and long lifetime.

Two relays with switch-over contact may be used for remote signalling or ventilation control. Default alarm set-points are typically at 20 %LEL and at 50 %LEL.

Two analog outputs and RS485 digital interface with industry standard Modbus RTU protocol can be used to connect the detector to safety or building automation systems.
